Matt graduated magna cum laude from Johnson & Wales University in 2008 with a degree in Web Management & E-Commerce. While in college Matt performed freelance work and spent a year and a half as a part-time intern with BuyerZone.com in their web development team. He has worked for an online lead generation company and also within a design group for a global public relations company in Cambridge, MA. In 2009 he transitioned from a web design and development focus to a search marketing and search optimization focus.
Matt is currently a Senior SEO Analyst with an industry leading online lead generation company. His primary roles at BuyerZone include managing the in-house link building campaign and managing the in-house link builder; managing the Local search initiative for the company; spear-heading conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts on SEO landing pages; and building out and maintaining the department's daily and monthly reporting and trending projections. Additionally, Matt is in charge of managing the external SEO affiliate programs and exploring additional opportunities.
